6.3.1 How your product is going to customer?

Customer will contact us by phone/email/fax. The products, which we assume should be in our storage, will be check. Then before we send the products, we will confirm their order first. In case of shortage of products, we will order them before the products are in maximum order (4200 tonnes).

6.3.2 How you plan is going to be use?

Order from customer must be atleast 1/2 tonne. Order must be need to be informing in a week before delivery day. This was to ensure the order products, and the stock is enough to be sent to the customer. We ensure that our item will be sent in time, so that their project will not be delayed.

6.3.3 What are the delivery terms, how the method effect production time frames &

For example ; if a company X wants to order 56 tonne Twinlion Cement Type I and 200 tonne NS Cement Type II, the code will be 5TL102,6TL101, AND 2NS203

6.3.4 How is the package of products?

Capacity of 4,200 tonnes/day of clinker and 1.3 million tonnes of clinker per year efficiently.
